Site Manager

The position is to be based in Naphill, Buckinghamshire on our “The Chilterns” scheme consisting of two, three and four bed homes . Reporting into a Contracts Manager you will mainly be responsible for delivering the project from start to finish so a background in taking sites from inception to completion would be preferred. The role will entail co-ordination, management and monitoring of the construction programme, design issues, cost implications, and responsibility for Health and Safety on site, whilst achieving the highest quality of construction attainable.

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates who have PLC housebuilding experience.

About you

You will be a driven individual with experience of working for a recognised PLC house builder. To be successful, you will be a team player, self-motivated and able to work using his/her own initiative. Experience of MS Excel and Word is essential. Relevant industry qualifications would be beneficial along with good knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM requirements.
