Working in our Southampton office which covers the whole of our South Coast operations for Purchase Ledger and Sub-Contract ledger. The part time role (Approx 20 hours per week) will involve invoice and delivery note matching; helping to check invoices; inputting invoices; supplier reconciliation, dealing with supplier queries, adhoc payments and associated ledger tasks.

Key tasks & responsibilities

  • Processing invoices
  • Ensuring all invoices are correctly approved before processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices

About you

This role will suit someone already with some experience in sub contract / purchase ledger work and ideally with knowledge of COINS software. You must be IT literate and live locally to Southampton.
