Overview

Dandara Living are seeking a Lettings (Leasing) Co-Ordinator to be part of the team responsible for the leasing of 344 apartments at the Arena Central build to rent operation. The community will have four residential developments which will be home to around 700 residents once stabilised. We are looking for an individual who excels in customer service, organizing and negotiation.

This is a 1 year Fixed Term role which will allow someone to set the standard for how the leasing offering is delivered across Dandara Living’s pipeline of Build to Rent homes and communities. You will be ensuring first class customer service is provided to residents, creating a community feel through communication, events and forward thinking and you will help develop and maintain a robust Resident Engagement Strategy and help on the delivery of the events set out within the strategy.

Working with the City Operations Manager and Head Leasing Consultant you will ensure available apartments and communal areas are always presented at the highest possible standards, oversee marketing activity on portals, social media and advertising, in line with client budget and communicate and engage with applicants in line with brand values and agreed service levels

  • Process Applications
  • Generate tenancy documents
  • Take payments
  • Booking tenants move in appointments
  • Ensuring Right to Rent, KYC and Identification is received prior to move in
  • Lead generation
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Assist on open days and residential events
  • Initial statement of monies are on Residents Engagement Portal
  • Cover another shift pattern with the team as and when required
  • Oversee the lead to lease process

About You

  • You will have customer service experience, including negotiation skills and dealing with difficult situations
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems
  • Knowledge of Landlord and Tenants Act and Housing / Rents Acts Legislation
