We are seeking to appoint a high calibre Site Manager to be based on our latest development in Bedminster, Bristol The project is a challenging 17 storey block of apartments with 350 units so experience of high rise, tight city centre sites will be an essential requirement. Ideally you will have an engineering background.

Salary - £50-£65,000 dependent on experience plus benefits and bonus. Please note you must have high rise experience to be considered for this position.

Reporting directly into the Senior Project Manager your duties will be to manage our prestigious new development whilst also managing a number of Foremen and Engineers. Ensuring Dandara’s strict adherence to Health and Safety will be paramount alongside consistently producing our extremely high standards of build quality and programme management.

About You

You will have essential previous expertise in thigh rise city centre schemes and have built a number of similarly large schemes for recognised developer/house builders. Please state in your CV/Application your level of experience in medium to high rise residential projects.
