We are looking for an experienced administrator to assist the construction department in our Southern office. The position involves constant communication with professionals of different disciplines including Engineers, Surveyors, Buyers and the Construction team and will offer a great deal of variety and autonomy to the right candidate

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Construction:

  • Preparing meeting agendas
  • Minutes of meetings in the southern office and varying site locations
  • Arranging meetings
  • Coins Programme input
  • Co-ordination of Health and Safety Training matrix
  • Annual Leave Register
  • Organising Calendars
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Assist site set up
  • Managing print consumables, paper, ink etc
  • General assistance for all construction staff

About you

We are looking for a highly organised individual ideally with a background in construction with the following skills;

  • Excellent organisational skills Ability to fully operate Microsoft Word / Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional attitude and approach to work.
  • Enthusiastic
  • Flexible & adaptable
  • Good verbal and written communicator
  • Coins Experience highly desirable
  • Further construction training provided for a the right career driven candidate
  • Undergraduate candidates studying on day release also considered
