Over the last three decades we have become one of the UK’s most respected independent design and build specialists, and we now seek a Compliance Manager to join our Isle of Man Head Office team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful applicant will oversee the Group’s compliance function and provide continual risk assessment across our various operational jurisdictions. This will include acting as MLRO and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations relating to AML/CFT, GDPR and PECR and the development of comprehensive policies, procedures and training. The role holder will also be responsible for compliance relating to a number of property industry bodies and codes.

About You

  • Holder of a recognised compliance qualification with experience across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to advise at Board and Senior Management Level.
  • Proven ability to instil a strong compliance culture.
  • Knowledge of wide ranging regulatory obligations is desirable, including UK Property Ombudsman, Consumer Credit legislation and ARLA Propertymark.
